General Discount Terms and Conditions for the AECSV Sierra Trade-in Promo

 

  1. Scope of Application
    These General Discount Terms and Conditions apply to the AECSV Silverado Test Drive Promo, which is organized by AEC Specialty Vehicles Ltd., Martindale Road, St. Catharines, ON L2S 0B2, Canada, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
  2. Discount Description; Participating Dealers
    Participants in the AECSV Silverado Test Drive Promo will receive a discount of EUR 1.000,- from the participating dealer (see list of participating dealers here) on the net purchase price of selected vehicles listed in section 3 below according to the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) as per the official AECSV price list for Chevrolet Silverado. The discount will be deducted directly from the net purchase price.
  3. Model-Specific Discount: Only Redeemable for Selected Vehicle Model
    The discount promotion only applies to the purchase of a new Chevrolet Silverado High Country model; Model-Year 2023.
  4. Eligibility to Participate
    1. The discount promotion is only valid for people who test drive a Chevrolet Silverado High Country at a participating AECSV dealership during the promotion period and truthfully complete the corresponding test drive product experience survey online, provided by the dealer via QR code.
    2. After the participant has completed the survey form, they will receive an e-mail with a discount code via email, which they must present to the participating AECSV dealership if they conclude a purchase contract for the vehicle with the AECSV dealership within the promotion period. If the participant is not able to present the e-mail with the confirmation of participation, he/she is not entitled to the discount benefit.
    3. Participation in the AECSV Silverado Test Drive Promo is only possible via the participating AECSV dealerships listed in section 4.1 of these General Discount Terms and Conditions.
    4. A test drive must be booked via the participating AECSV dealerships listed in section 4.1 of these General Discount Terms and Conditions.
  5. Promotion Period
    The discount promotion is valid from 20 May 2024 up to and including 31 July 2024.
  6. Data Protection
    The data provided by the participant will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy, which the participant can view on the privacy policy page.
  7. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
    German law shall apply to disputes in connection with the sales promotion, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
